BawBaw Islamic Network Australia Inc. (BINAI) operates Warragul Mosque at 72 Victoria St, Warragul VIC 3820. We are a registered non-profit incorporated association (A0124531I) under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic) and a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

2. What information we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it, including when you:
- Make a donation via our website (name, email address, payment details processed by Stripe)
- Sign up as a monthly supporter (name, email, recurring payment details via Stripe)
- Contact us by email or phone
- Join our WhatsApp community group
We also collect non-personal analytics data (page visits, referral sources) via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled.
3. How we use your information
- To process your donation and issue receipts
- To manage your recurring giving subscription
- To communicate campaign updates and milestone news (only where you have opted in)
- To comply with ACNC financial reporting obligations
- To improve our website experience
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to process your payment (Stripe).
4. Payment processing
Donations are processed by Stripe. BINAI does not store your full credit card or bank account details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/au/privacy.
5. Data retention
We retain donation records as required by the ACNC and the Australian Taxation Office (minimum 5 years). You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time
