About BINAI
BawBaw Islamic Network Australia Inc. (BINAI) is a registered not-for-profit incorporated association based in Warragul, Victoria, Australia. We operate the only mosque in Baw Baw Shire and the first permanent Islamic centre in the Gippsland region, currently at 72 Victoria Street, Warragul.
Our goal is a purpose-built permanent mosque and community centre — a facility that will serve the Muslim community for generations and be a space for interfaith dialogue open to all Australians. We are entirely volunteer-run, with no salaries paid from donations.

Can I donate to Warragul Mosque from overseas?
Yes — completely. You can donate from anywhere in the world by international bank transfer (SWIFT), by card via Stripe, or by PayID if you have an Australian account. All three options are detailed on this page.
Is my international bank transfer safe?
Yes. The account belongs to BawBaw Islamic Network Australia Inc. (BINAI), a registered Australian charity. ANZ is one of Australia's four major banks. You can verify BINAI's registration at charities.gov.au using ABN 16 723 284 175.
Will I receive a receipt for my donation?
For Stripe donations, a receipt is emailed automatically. For bank transfers, email hello@binai.org.au with your transfer details and we will issue a written acknowledgement.
Is this donation tax-deductible in my country?
BINAI is an Australian registered charity (ACNC). We are not currently DGR-registered, so donations are not tax-deductible in Australia. Tax deductibility in your country will depend on your local laws — we recommend checking with a local tax adviser.
What currency should I send?
Send in Australian Dollars (AUD) if possible to avoid currency conversion costs. If your bank only supports USD or GBP, ANZ will convert to AUD on receipt — though your bank may charge a conversion fee.
