Content on this site — including text, photos, graphics, and code — is either owned by BINAI, licensed to BINAI, or reproduced with permission. You may link to the site and quote short excerpts for personal, educational, or journalistic use with attribution. Commercial reuse, bulk copying, or scraping requires written permission.
Islamic content (Qur'an, Hadith, scholarly opinions) is presented for educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to cite and verify sources; users should consult qualified scholars for personal religious rulings.
3. Donations
Online donations are processed securely by Stripe. Donations are not refundable except where required by Australian law or where the donation was made in error (please contact us within 14 days). Tax-deductible receipts are issued automatically by email for eligible gifts.
Recurring donations can be cancelled at any time by emailing info@binai.org.au or using the cancellation link in any donation receipt.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that breaches any law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the site or servers connected to it
- Submit false information through any form on the site
- Scrape, harvest, or republish content without permission
